What Fluxo is

Fluxo is a campaign decision and execution platform for paid advertising. It connects campaign performance with the customer’s objective, offer, audience, creative, landing page, commerce signals and previous decisions. Fluxo uses that context to review campaigns, identify possible issues or opportunities, recommend a next action and, when authorized, carry out that action within customer-defined limits.

Fluxo is designed to help a marketing team move from scattered signals to an explainable decision. It complements the delivery systems inside advertising platforms by applying the customer’s broader business context and operating rules.

Who Fluxo is for

Fluxo is built for businesses that invest in paid advertising and the people responsible for that investment: founders, growth teams, in-house marketers, campaign managers and agencies. It is especially useful when performance changes quickly, context is spread across tools, or a team has more campaigns and decisions to review than time to review them.

Problems Fluxo helps solve

  • Campaign data does not explain the business context behind a result.
  • Teams spend substantial time checking accounts and assembling reports manually.
  • Performance changes can be noticed without a clear, evidence-backed next step.
  • Previous tests and decisions are easily lost when a new campaign begins.
  • Automation can be risky when budgets, permissions and approval rules are unclear.

What Fluxo evaluates

Fluxo evaluates the information available through customer-authorized connections and the context supplied by the customer. Depending on what is connected or provided, that context can include:

  • Campaign objective
  • Offer and value proposition
  • Audience and targeting
  • Creative and messaging
  • Landing-page experience
  • Campaign structure and delivery
  • Commerce and conversion signals
  • Previous decisions and outcomes

Available information varies by integration, account permissions and customer setup. Fluxo does not treat every correlation as a cause; it states possible drivers and the confidence behind them.

How Fluxo works

  1. Connect and set the objective. The customer authorizes an advertising account and defines what the campaign should achieve, along with relevant budgets, permissions and restrictions.
  2. Build the campaign context. Fluxo brings the available performance data together with the offer, audience, creative, landing page and retained campaign history.
  3. Review the evidence. Fluxo looks for setup problems before launch and meaningful movement while the campaign is live.
  4. Form a decision. Fluxo presents the observed fact, possible driver, supporting evidence, confidence and proposed action.
  5. Approve or execute. A person reviews the action when approval is required. Actions explicitly authorized by the customer may be executed within the configured guardrails.
  6. Retain the outcome. The decision and its result become context for the next campaign review.

Before launch, while live and next

Before launch

Review campaign structure, offer clarity, audience setup and creative angles before budget starts moving.

While live

Monitor meaningful performance changes, separate potential signals from noise and evaluate possible drivers.

What happens next

Recommend whether to fix, test, scale, pause or continue monitoring, with the evidence and confidence stated clearly.

What a Fluxo decision contains

Fact
What changed or what Fluxo observed in the available information.
Possible driver
What may be contributing to the result without overstating causality.
Decision
The specific action Fluxo recommends taking next.
Evidence and confidence
The information supporting the decision and how strongly it supports it.
Retained learning
What should be remembered when the next campaign decision is evaluated.

Customer control, approvals and automation

Customers control their connected-account permissions and may revoke access. They also determine which available actions require approval and which may be executed automatically. Automated actions remain limited by the objectives, budgets, permissions and restrictions configured for the account.

Available actions depend on the customer’s plan, the connected platform and the permissions granted. Material campaign changes and AI-generated outputs should receive oversight appropriate to the customer’s business and advertising obligations.

Campaign memory

Fluxo carries relevant decisions and outcomes into later reviews. This gives teams a record of what was observed, what they decided, what happened afterwards and which learning should inform the next recommendation. The aim is to reduce repeated analysis and prevent each campaign from starting without useful context.

How Fluxo differs from advertising-platform recommendations

Advertising platforms such as Meta optimize delivery using information available inside their own systems. Fluxo evaluates campaign information alongside the customer’s objective, offer, audience, creative, landing page, commerce signals and previous decisions. It then recommends or performs actions according to the customer’s rules.

Value for customers

  • Spend less time checking routine campaign movement manually.
  • Review a recommended next step together with its evidence and confidence.
  • Find avoidable campaign issues before budget begins moving.
  • Keep campaign learning available to future decisions.
  • Use automation without giving up control over approvals and permissions.

Current availability

Meta Ads is currently supported. Available data and actions depend on the connected account, permissions granted and capabilities available through the advertising platform. Fluxo only accesses connected business accounts that a customer authorizes.

Data handling and limitations

Fluxo processes private customer and connected-account information to provide, secure and support the requested service. Fluxo does not use private customer content or private campaign information to train generalized, shared or cross-customer models without separate, explicit written consent. See the Privacy Policy for details.

AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. Fluxo does not guarantee campaign approval, delivery, revenue or return on advertising spend. Customer responsibilities and authorized actions are described in the Terms of Service.

Frequently asked questions

Can Fluxo monitor campaigns before launch and while they are live?
Yes. Before launch, Fluxo identifies what should be fixed or tested before spend begins. While live, it monitors meaningful performance changes, evaluates possible drivers and decides what to do next.
How is this different from Meta or Google recommendations?
Meta and Google optimise delivery using data inside their own platforms. Fluxo connects campaign data with your objectives, offer, audience, creative, landing page, commerce signals and previous decisions, then acts according to your rules.
What can I connect today?
Meta Ads is currently supported.
Does it make campaign changes automatically?
If you choose. During setup, you decide which actions Fluxo may execute automatically and which require approval. You can change or revoke those permissions at any time.
